FlakeMap Trust Signal / Proposed module 04

Make the gate
explicit.

DEMO — SYNTHETIC DATA

The question this module answers

What is allowed to reach release?

Input
Artifact criteria and reviewed exceptions
Output
A proposed, exportable gate report
01

Use task criteria

A successful tool response does not substitute for the correct task artifact.

02

Record the decision

A reviewer supplies the rationale. Scroll position never approves a release.

03

Prepare a report

Export a mock report with version, condition, seeds, denominator, and review. No real CI connection is implied.

Follow the proposed workflow

input to decision.

Is Trust Signal live?

This module is available to explore in the synthetic demo. A first pilot would test one scoped module with approved fixtures.

What does the demo execute?

It selects deterministic stub fixtures and changes local mock states. It does not call models, write to tools, import customer traces, or modify CI.

How is value validated?

Compare with the existing eval gate and confirm a meaningful missed regression independently. A named engineering owner must commit a gate or fund a trial before expansion.

A smaller test. A clearer decision.

you can’t afford to guess.

Agree on one task criterion, an approved fixture, and a named engineering owner.
